Nick Hazell, Founder & CEO of Australian startup v2food. Launched nationally in October 2019, v2food has developed plant-based meat, building on a close collaboration with CSIRO.

Nick holds a Master of Manufacturing from Cambridge University. He was R&D Director at Masterfoods & PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand. He was instrumental in the set up of the 4th year Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation at UTS, a fellow of Cambridge University institute for manufacturing and has consulted to CSIRO and to the meat industry.
