Jeff Teale Appointed as Innovation Bay’s Community Curator

Innovation Bay is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Teale to the team as Community Curator, focused on the community’s membership growth.

Jeff’s mission in his new appointment is to strategically grow Innovation Bay’s community of founders, VCs and angel investors, ensuring its prospective members are values-aligned, diverse, and dedicated to accelerating the startup industry in Australia. His goal is to maintain the high-quality engagement and exclusive experience that defines Innovation Bay. With membership intentionally capped at 600 and renewal rates over 92%, Innovation Bay is dedicated to preserving the unique value each member brings to the table.

With a passion to drive organisational success, and a creative approach to problem-solving, Jeff comes in as a valuable asset to the team.
